just recently got into the musical and love John tartaglia and Pinocchio and how important he is but still find it weird when watching an interview with John dressed as Pinocchio with a deep voice 😂😂

They made a lot of changes to the characters overtime. Gingy was put on a baking tray, Humpty Dumpty was replaced with Tweedle Dum, the Gnome was replaced with Mad Hatter, and I think there were some minor alterations to some of the character's costumes.

Batschach I know this was 5 years ago but also they changed the lyrics in Story of my life when they changed Humpty Dumpty to Tweedledum Original lyrics: Everyone:”Story of my life booted from the ball told to go away” Humpty Dumpty:”Tumbled off a wall” Lyrics in filmed version: Everyone:”Story of my life booted from the ball the party’s off the hook Tweedledum:(Humpty Dumpty)But I’m too off the wall

I love how they included the Mad Hatter, White Rabbit, and Peter Pan, but I wish they had included some Oz characters, just because I'm an Oz fan, the Tin Man would have fit in perfectly, but I still love this show either way, that's just my two cents

My school has just done Shrek the Musical and i'm really happy to have been part of it as Little red riding hood (we had more characters cause there was a lot of us lol) and now im getting more into the theater and drama because of the play/drama class

I think that is because she has a double for the ogre scenes and the scene shown in this video in the end of the show is the curtain call.

They eventually decided to change the character into Tweedle Dum for Broadway. Back when this footage was taken, they were still going to use the Humpty Dumpty character. The one you see on Netflix is Tweedle Dum. Hope this helps!

@@firebros1695 In the production im in, Fionas first two changes for who I'd be and when donkey sees her, it is her in a fat suit, and a green light. The last change fiona runs off stage and gets changed in 1 minute 30 seconds. Its crazy
