Lol my comment got removed . But again i will mention that u need to practice, do drills. Dont just think that just cuz u can ride on a straight line means u can ride a bike well. I wud highly recommend watching motojitsu on youtube. Whos ever fault it was u cud have easily avoided this accident by practicing swerving. No hate . As a rider myself its frustrating to see riders on youtube not wearing proper gear not practicing daily on there mortocycle

Its was biker fault u need to check up your eyes… they didn’t look up at the mirror. They should wait an check is their any vehicle passing or not but they didn’t how can you avoid the accident if you were in her place you also definitely hit the bike for sure .. you need to change your mind set … rather than giving lessons

It was not your fault, Punam. The dotted white line on a two-way traffic road indicates the center and Motorists are allowed to cut this lane and overtake if it is safe to do so. You were just overtaking the other slow bike so you did not break any rule. In fact, Nepal's Motor Vehicle and Transport Management Act of 1993 requires motorcycle drivers and pillion riders to wear helmets. The second person on that bike wasn't wearing a helmet , no indicator sign was given and they were surely violating traffic rules. Nepalese police are among the most corrupt and they illegally fined you 1000 rupees. In fact, you should have received compensation for your personal injury and bike damage. Just leave Nepal before they put you in more trouble. Nepal is not a safe nation for riders and locals take advantage with help of police.
