Have the recent events such as the LIBOR scandal suggested there are serious ethical issues within the banking industry?
Peter Grant, Senior Fellow in Grantmaking, Philanthropy and Social Investment at Cass Business School explains how this runs wider than just the banking industry and that it is much to do with the myth of performance related pay.
He further explains that giving employees financial incentives to achieve company targets can actually leads to unethical behaviour.
