Im running out of ways to say this, but.......Andy brings a level of excellence in his videos not before seen on KZfaq, or anywhere else for that matter. Astonishing.

I've said it over and over again Andy you are smashing it with these course vlogs! Course vlogs done properly, absolutely love the production of them all! i take my hat off to you because I know the hours you put in to each one! Keep up the amazing work and I hope Golf can continue through then coming LockDown so you can continue to give us all this quality content.

Thanks for this! I've played Tain a couple times now. The first time I was alone so the locals invited me to their morning Stableford tournament. We formed teams of 2 or 3 by drawing balls and I was paired with John who originally hailed from Belfast, but retired to the Tain area, and Neil a Minister of the Church of England from around Glasgow, but who holidays with family in the Tain area. Poor John was the only one scoring points consistently. Neil and I just could not keep the ball in play to save our lives! Finally by the par-5 13th hole my game had settled down. I hit a solid drive, a decent 4-wood, a pitching wedge to 15' of the pin, and I two-putted. I raised my arms in victory and declared, "This is my first par in England!". Both of my playing partners heads snap around and they stare silently at me. I quickly follow up saying, "Sorry. Sorry. Scotland. I'll buy both of you a pint after the round." This relaxes them both, and Neil the Minister replies, "...or two."

I have had the pleasure of playing that lovely course at least a 20 times my parents moved up from Liverpool in 2001 and managed to play it lots 1 of my favourites.

Nicely made video very professional. Playing Tain the morn haven't played here for 50 years wish me luck .its well worth entering their opens multi during year . Good value..

Excellent exceptional quality time and again!

First time I played Tain it took me about five minutes to realise the first green was over the road. The Pro is very helpful and welcoming. Another beautifully shot video, Andy.

Again mate great video. I play here a few times a year as I live close and love it. Great tour and only good can come from highlighting clubs that are sometimes overlooked or over shadowed by bigger named places. Hope you do more content like this I'm loving it.

OK I admit it, I had to look up Tain on Google maps to see where it was, wow you were well and truly up north! What a stunning looking Golf Course with some stunning scenery!!!

This brings back memories. Played Tain many years ago, got half priced green fees because the greens had been ice scalped by the winter - in fairness there were a few bare patches. It was beautiful then, and just as good now

Even the wife is sold in a trip to Scotland (again) as a result of this series - I may even get to play golf- the courses are so pretty, I’ll let her pick the hotels, it’s only fair, as long as they are featured in your v-logs

Played Tain 10 years ago, along with Golspie & Royal Dornoch. Good course.

Tain is excellent - add in Dornoch, Nairn and Lossiemouth and it’s a superb golf break.

Andy loved the video...unfort I didn't recognise the course because the day I played it was blowing about 25mph and it was a challenge....just wish I had got it as calm as you did.⛳

Wow - our friend has a guest house at Portmahomack a few miles east, great area and course looks fantastic, not many miles from Royal Dornoch :-)

They know how to enjoy themselves at Tain. I've played with boys there that are wiring in to a bottle of wine on the course by 10am 😂 Plus the obligatory dram at the 12th tee. Great course though, fun to play and a must for any visitor.

Another gem unearthed Andy. How have you chosen the courses you've included in the series? Were they chosen for you by others? Or did you just plot a route around those parts of Scotland you fancied visiting and then identified courses you'd encounter en route? It would be an interesting piece to camera at some point.

One of the few courses I haven't played in that area but thanks for the reminder. Try Strathpeffer at some time, if you can. Nothing like those by the coast.

You missed (possibly) an opportunity! If you'd nipped up the road to Portmahomack, you could have played a delightful & quirky 9 hole course, honesty box etc AND I would have put money on you thoroughly enjoying it!

Unbelievable Andy its got everything it even had you playing at the very best .....its a funny Game how you can play bad then Great, I'll never figure out how to be consistent at the Game we all love and hate 🤔 the course is unbelievable it's a place I'd never get board of playing the design the surroundings even the colour of the course and how it changes throughout the year must be eye catching....what inspired you to pick the less obvious did you do some research or have a good source because I'm being honest these are the courses I'll be playing next year and the locals being part of the vlogs makes it as well 👌⛳️🏌️🥃
