Hi Bro, im having same TV BX35 and i used almost 8 years but from last week onwards giving trouble that picture and sound quality is good . Only thing is , picture is not the right colour example sky colour is showing as pink instead of sky blue and some blurred 3 to 4 lines very bottom of the screen. Im not a TV mechanic but i removed all the screw around the TV also removed the green and brown board. clean somehow using eraser . also removed buttons and speakers. Finally again fixed all the parts..TV become very clear and clarity but only for 20 mins again back to same issue. Any suggestion from your end.

The capicitor that was causing the problem. How many ng was the value and did you remove or did you replace it ty

Hi Evione; Update on KDL46S4100, i got the new T-con Board and installed same stripe on the screen,don't you think i'm screwed Panel is bad?now i have all good boards parts for this model and no screen panel?, what a bad luck

hi sir we have lcd sony 32' a few second picture is ahaking when is turn off 1or 2 hour and trun again a few second picture is shake

Thanks for your great video; i 've got this LCD SONY KDL46S4100 that i found on the streets and i'm trying save it from going to landfill, i need your expertise, the symptoms; powers up, has steady green led ,with back-lite on ,no pic or sound,already changed A board no change, i have all supply volts, I tested power board i have at CN 301 the 12 V, 6.5 V, and 3.3 V, CN 302 stand by 3.3v,also T-CON White fuse FP1 (3A) to the left of the LVDS connector CN1 i have the 12v. i tested the CN1 plug ,when i pull in and out one side and wiggle it i had noise/raster and for a second, it seems like some thing is short,hope it's not the LCD,what you guys think, and can you please advice,i hate to send this set to the land fill.

+Frank Silva The fact that your backlight etc is powering on is good. I Do not have any service info for the TV model on hand but will check out the circuit diagram for you and revert in a day or so. Check for any passive part failures. Ie electrolytics or similar as they are common failing items. Are you able to specify which board it was that you replaced? It seems the PSU board is 100 percent by the sounds of things, it could be main board, t-conn board or LCD panel. Usually an LCD panel failure however will be in parts of the LCD and not the entire thing at once. This leads me towards T-Conn and main boards. And of coarse the ribbon connectors between them.

I've got a Sony Bravia that powers up to the Sony logo, then I see a faint flash on the screen and the logo pixels start disappearing one by one, in short order its all gone. This thing has me bumfuzzled, what might be the problem mate? T Con board perhaps? I have not seen another problem like this on you tube.
