I am using summer slow down to perfect my processes, set up my spaces for the most efficient use and building my bank so that I am working at least 3 weeks in advance so that I have a plan for those days when I can barely get my shipping done in Q4.

My problem with Etsy is the 20 cents per month per item fee! I hate it but do list a few items, but have only a couple sales. Not my favorite platform.

Thinking that this year, the time I won't spend packing due to fewer sales will be spent on death pile reduction instead of buying more inventory. Spoiler alert it never works out that way
