When will you be updating ezkeys? The gui and workflow is pretty old and tired now compared to superior drummer 3 and ezbass

How do you use EZbass as a plug-in??????? I can’t figure it out and the manual doesn’t explain.

Is there any plans to actually fully sample a bass? The fact we can't get high on the low strings is extremely disappointing. Features are great but actually samples are lacking

How can i use the articulations of EZ bass be transferred in Studio One?Can i record in audio in Studio One or use the sound variations one by one?Thank you!!!

A lot of us are used to controlling every note, and with this way of making music not only do you not do that, but, to quite large some extent, you take pot-luck. You start out with your drum groove and set the feel and then, you start adding bits albeit in conformace with the song structure. Obviously, you don't know if it is going to sound right, or build correctly until you play the entire track back...Even then, you don't know hopw it is going to sound with the bass and the keys because, well, they don't exist yet... OK, so us control freaks have a hard time with that BUUUUUUT on the other hand we are now open to a lot of happy accidents and we are also able to edit it all and clean it all up later, anyway. The way I see this stuff it is like havinbg band members who contribute ideas. What has me confused though, is why are all the instruments playing in key? Is it because you used expansions for bass and keys that have the same name? If you chose differently, how would you get the chords to line up between bass and keys? Very good video. I really like your unfussy and unhyped presentation. If I hear another KZfaqr say "I am so excited today to be presenting..." I *will* find them, and I *will* kill them😊.

I agree with your comment about chords and the key. He doesn't indicate where the chords come from.

Yes the whole chord thing in EZ keys is not easy - especially when it comes to jazz stuff, where it gets complicated. the chord selecter allows only for basic chord selection. if you want a G13 for example you won't find it... I have had to fix this in my DAW but it was complicated... in fact I did it ages ago and forgot how I did it :)

Absolutely right. Don't dismiss it by calling yourself a "control freak" In fact you've just exposed the truth about these so - called "EZ" instant tunes. They are not really compositions at all. They're just concoctions made up of different snippets of other peoples tunes. It's pretty bogus. You can't control the, key because you can't control the notes. It's impossible. If you try to do it in Logic after the fact then I suppose you could but why bother? If you're going to to it then just do it properly from the start. You can only get a basic set of beats and so you need to buy more and more packs of more beats and even then you only end up with a vague approximation of what you had in mind. There's no such thing as a free lunch folks.
