You guys are supposed to open the traps the other way. Mostly because it’s much easier to take them out. Also isn’t the v notch from another lobster man.

That big lobster was a male you don’t look at how wide there tales it’s a good indicator but or their swimmerets up above the swimmerets there to things male have thicker one and female have thin almost see through ones

We had our student lobster license at the time. Allows 25 traps on each license. Was a great few summers
