LatPullDown - 2Sets 10RM
High to Low Single Arm Cable Row - 2Sets 10RM each side
Barbell Row (Supinated Grip) 3Sets 10RM
GoodMorning 2Sets 15RM
Dumbbell Curls 2Sets 10RM
Incline Dumbbell Curls 2Sets 10RM
Hammer Curls 3Sets 10RM
Reverse Cable Curls 2Sets 15RM
NOTE :- Reps Max means the poundage/Weight with which you can do certain number of repetition For example 8Reps Max means the weight on which you can do maximum 8 Reps not more than that, in other words you achieve failure in 8Reps, Hope you understood my bad explanation…
