Great conversation - nice to hear Arjan getting the airtime it deserves! Would be good to cover what the long term capital appreciation is for specific areas and comparisons eg marina vs jlt and Arjan vs JVC

I see all of you have been in Dubai for quite long time and you know what is JVC !!!! Not sure how it’s getting all this hype , something wrong !!

Thanks for your comment! Over the last few years there has been a lot of improvements to the community and surrounding areas. JVC can and will only get better over the next 2-3 years, with new roads, parks and green areas and JVT Mall.
