it is normal for a shear machine to go down. when you switch off the machine. Is it dropping very fast or gradually . When you are stopping the machine make the shear down and switch off the pumps. This is how we do it.

strainer is itself a filter... strainer is mainly a term used for suction filter having High micron ratings. strainer is a filter.. if u will ask supplier to supply strainer, then that means u are asking for suction strainer(suction filter)

to control NAS value of your oil or to increase life of your oil.. u can go for offline filtration.. various offline filtration trolleys are available in market.. always use mechanical filtration at place of electro static filtration.

Good video. Also very important to look at the Beta rating of the filter. A 3 micron filter doesnt necessarily mean is better than 10 micron filter.

Dear it is not in myvknowledge but as per knowledge we use 105 microns to 150 microns suction filter.
