Dear Anoma thanks for this lovely recipe. Do we have to thaw the frozen dumpling completely before steaming?

Thanks for this recipe. I ll make this soon. Today I made your niyabalawa curry n it came so perfect. I got to know winter melon n those type of food has positive energy. Is there’s a place of buying this Chinese steamer in Sri Lanka??
I really love to watch your cooking videos aunty. The calm and quiet manner you teach us, keeps me on touch with you ☺️❤️. I'm gonna make dumplings tomorrow. Stay safe. Much love
Thank you for your excellent explanation and video . If you can add herbs ( Ex Bay, Karapincha, Rampe leaves) to the boiling water, it will be more delicious . Russians use herbs for boiling water to make dumling , I tried it and so ... delicious .

Aunty please can u tell me the brand of your kitchen scale. And where did u buy it? Please reply me.Thank u.
you're soooo sweet and lovely aunty. And the way you present these recipes are so adorable. Even my mom loves to watch your videos. Thanks for bringing us these amazing recipes from all around the world. God bless you
Anoma you're such a delight to watch❣️ your videos are well put together and delicious looking as well😊 me and my family love every type of dumplings so much and they're one of our favourite recipes and almost prepare them every week. I mostly make them with minced chicken, shrimps or beef. The only difference is that the fold is done a little different every time. Well actually my kids love when I pan fried them. My husband like steamed momos or wonton soup. What I love from dumplings or momos are that we could store it in freezer and having it whenever we want. There are many dumpling restaurants where I live and there is a Nepali restaurant called Momo House next to my building. I used to order them every time but they cost so much for a dish then only I learnt how to make them by myself. I love to make crystal dumplings (transparent dumplings) which is make out of tapioca starch and wheat starch and I hope you'll make this recipe too in your future videos. Lots of love to you from UAE ❤️
