Kerah Bundy Elphaba is in the closet next to a man in costume. When Elphaba takes boq behind the closet, the actor switches with the guy who's already dressed up and then they use a voice over.

She sure does a lot of talking about nothing. But still, it's a look at backstage on Broadway which is always interesting to me. And she really does seem lovely. I can't imagine her saying a bad word about anyone. Having said that, I wouldn't want to be her enemy. She seems like she could, if provoked, cut a bitch down in an instant.

Hassan Rosman (late but whatever) I heard somewhere that they have someone else with the costume. In one scene you can see Boq and someone switching places behind the closet that elphaba entered in.

yes the one you first see if a random ensemble member but with Boq doing a voice over and then they switch

She is one of the kindest people I've ever met. She's actually one of the most down to earth actors- she saw my artwork in instagram and invited me to visit her backstage and gave me a tour of the set. Not only that, but she's so nice to everyone at the theater... she even set aside a number of comp tickets each show for anyone who needed to see the show but couldn't afford a ticket. She's a true star. She's not full of herself at all, she still keeps in touch with me and occasionally we chat! Me, just some regular fan off the street.
