One other possibility for Sam's next character, and it's a character he has already played in this campaign. When the group returns to Exandria there will most likely be members of the Mighty Nien there, and who was with the Nighty Nien the last time we saw them? Luc Brenatto.

Scanlan was 70 exactly when Campaign 1 ended. Because when he wrote his will to Pike he said he was 69 years old, and then a year long timeskip happened mid campaign. making him 101 years old as of Campaign 3.

So the trick is how much of a stickler for wording Matt/Nana Mori will be and well, she's a hag. The Devil is always in the details. If Orym's deal was to see the mission through and get everyone back in one piece, then yeah. He's in the clear. But they technically made it back all together on exandria soil due to that lil portal situation so many episodes back. Honestly, we will just have to see how this goes.

I hate how well Scanlan works as a FCG replacement and dropping him to 13 or 14 because he's rusty isn't out of the question. There's also the fact that out of all of vox machina he and vax seemed to have the closest bond (not counting pike) so doing this to free vax is also a motivation.

There is an argument to be made that Nano Mori has fulfilled her bargain. They all returned to Exandria for 1 night, then went back. Depends on how Nano Mori would react. FCG could be back. I doubt it, I think Sam has been a bit frustrated in the cleric role. However if Sam wants a chance to come back as FCG I can see a quest to collect D then onto Aeor.

Also if he wants to go a little heal but not fully cleric Divine soul sorcerer is a great choice

You missed a possibility for Sam's new character. FCG. Specifically, a reincarnated FCG. Fearne has Reincarnate. So she could bring FCG back in a different body. It doesn't invalidate FCG's sacrifice, it lets him continue FCG's story while taking it in a different direction. We can keep learning about FCG's past, keep exploring their relationship with FRIDA, but we also can have them explore what it means to be a flesh and blood creature. Like the situation with Nott/Veth, but in reverse. And you could have a Kingsley situation where FCG has some of the memories and personality, but is also different due to the change in form.

More likly to see Deanna Leimert than Sam return to the table. He is busy building tv shows,.

Two things on your take: The deal Orym had with Nana Mori was they get back to Exandria with everyone alive. That was already achieved when they found the portal and landed in the village. So using that logic, Orym needs to keep his part of the deal. There was no mention in episode 91 that Lilianna switched sides. She was only there to prevent Imogen from being killed by Otohan; but in no way was there anything that told on that Lilianna was switching allegiances.

I don't think FCG is gone... Matt had allowed pretty specific pieces to survive the blast, so I bet FCG's body will be restored and reunited with his soul.

And sorry for second comment, I am writing this mid-video. I don't think Taryon should be here, because full Darrington Brigade one-shot (with Owlbear and rest of the weird-a$$ troupe) would be a far better option ;) But Taryon, Percy Dancer and Devexian might be essential in bringing FCG back ;) (by the way, that would literally be a 4D chess: Darrington, De Rolo, Dancer, Devexian)
