Dear Anoma, I like your crumbed, fried egg recipe. Can I make a suggestion?? When I use crumbs for cutlets, pan roll etc., I always season and flavour the crumbs by adding some cumin powder, chillie flakes/ powder and most important some DRIED MIXED HERBS. Mix them into the crumbs and then coat and fry the egg, pan roll etc. Just a suggestion. Fry on low heat, so the costing does not get too dark. Love your recipes. I make your මාළු ඇඹුල් තියල්, which is loved by all. I am a Sri Lsnkan Burgher, 80 years old and living in Noosa, Queensland, Australia. Keep up the goid work. 💖💖
