Nandi Kund Lake in Madmaheshwar-

Chaukhamba group of peaks is a treasure trove for the trekkers. One can feel the spine-chilling winds which blow the worries as you gaze into the crystal clear water of the lake. Interestingly, there are old woods which are worshiped by the people as they associate with the Pandavas.
Nandi Kund is often hiked by those having wanderlust.
The trail covers Madhyamaheshwar, Kachani Dhar, Kachani Tal, Pandav Sera and Nandi Kund.
Rudraprayag is the nearest town from this lake. The best time to visit this place is between May to June and from the middle of August to the end of October.
