I'm a healthy young person and I would not be able to do the counting backwards as I'm bad at math.

Thank you, doctor, for this clarification. Please. I am a clinical psychologist. I am looking for a way to correct the test. Where can I find it? Do you have a copy?

The woman performing the test was so fast and aggressive. I wouldn't have passed this examination much better than my octogenarian elder. They're only after your money...

I don't the way these tests are undertaken. Many concerns arise in terms of interpretation and how presented. Not sufficiently objective and prone to seeing things that are not there. Good to know what the "professionals" believe it tells us as well as what the testing can not tell us. Highly suspicious 🤔

Wow, good to know we have Dr. Skeeter from the Comment Thread to tell us that the real doctors don't know what they're doing. You probably aren't vaccinated either. good luck with life

These type of tests are meant to be used as a part of a total assessment along with interviews from the client and caregivers, case histories, etc. So, if my mom who was never good with dates and time, doesn't know or remember those items, it might not be a good indicator of possible impairment. However when my grandma (eventually diagnosed with Alzheimer's), who was a book keeper and numbers person, started forgetting dates, couldn't balance her check book, or figure out ages of her grandchildren (something she prided herself on), that was an indication that something was wrong. And just as a disclaimer, I'm currently in graduate school to become an SLP, so I'm not certified to give these types of examinations to actual clients. I just have some experience from my classes and the people I've encountered with dementia.
