The cloud material is Delight Air Dry Modeling Compound, available at Michaels, Hobby Lobby, etc.

I'd love to make these but can't really if you don't tell us what the actual clouds are made of. I understand if you can't remember what is called when making the video, as you said but at least add the info in later, even at the bottom of the video.

So, unfortunately I couldn't find them when I went to Wafair to get a link. But I did find one similar at Alibaba Express. A link is pinned to the top now.

Yep! So sorry about that. I will pin a link to the top. Another viewer stated that this type of cloud can also be found at some larger craft stores and she was kind to give the brand and name. :)
