Manoj, just for the information. Butter color has nothing to do with quality. The butter is white in Punjab where you can find one of the richest and pure form of butter. It’s from buffalo’s. Usually butter made from cows would be yellow and the butter from buffalo would be white. So white or yellow color has nothing to do with quality of butter. And white butter from buffalo is much more superior, rich and better tasting but again it’s a subjective matter of individuals.

Sir u said neraya edathula butter white ah irukum. Inga nalla yellow ah paakardhukae nalla iruku nu. In reality white butter is much better than yellow butter. Yellow one is a processed one mostly. White one is much more healthier option than yellow butter.
