Actually, now that I think about it, the inhabitants of the Scarlet Devil Mansion are OP as fuck. The mistress or owner or whatever controls the strings of fate. Her sister can decimate anything. The librarian is one of the most talented magicians known in Gensokyo, with control over all the elements. Sakuya is as I said above. And we don't even know about Koakama, who technically doesn't even have a name. All I know is Koakama kicked my ass those one or two times I've managed to get to her.
