had a similar problem fixed it bt now it has resulted to another problem. picks the paper but it doesnt print. it slides through halfway

Sir, paano po ba nawala yong putol.x na itim, kahit anong head clean at ink flush ko ganong padin, yong kulay itim lang po ang problema, tatlong putol lang po sa linya doon sa nozzle. Pero di mawala, sana magreply kayo please.

You kidding me right? Everytime I have a paperjam disamble the whole printer? There must be an easy way. Often in the back or on the bottom is a plastic lid you can open to access the stuck paper.
