Very good and detailed video, but my problem is not solved, and it seem it is another place. After send print data, printer take paper and feed only about 2-3 cm under printhead and stop print with paper jam. I press the delete / eject buton and paper is feeded out, withot problem, without any help. Afer feeded out imediately is taking another paper and fee in same maer only 2-3 cm under the printhead. i cheked gear an dseem ok, i changed full paper tray from a printer that has a dead printhead but altough is working normaly, but i got same problem. After chang al pick up tray it worked 2 test pages and imediately gived me same problem. Can you point me in right direction ? have you a direct line support ?
