Hello I have this printing and have been using it for over a year but when I upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 the printer will not print full size 13 x 19 prints. I tried everything downloading new drivers from Epson and windows 10 new drivers but it still will not print out full picture it accepts the sheet and specs say 13 x 19 but when it prints out its only 4x6 or 5x7 in middle of large sheet wasting paper. It is otherwise a good printer do you have any problems with yours? thanking you in advance for any help!

Best printer I have ever owned. I pretty much just bought it for printing construction documents and making copies but of course now I need to start scanning things such as drawings to my email and have no clue how to do that would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks

I just unboxed my 7720 and plugged it in, turned it on and it's stuck in the Epson logo screen, it will not go past that :( any suggestions on how to repair?

do you have any problems with usb printing? I have same printer but it doesn't have pdf format or doc format. Because I usually print documents from my usb, it is useless to print my documents.

Hi, it' still telling me that i have to remove all the protective materials, i cannot install the cartridge. You said at some points that we hacmve to remove films from the cartridge side, these include to unscrew some screws or what becauas i cannot find any protective films left anywhere. Please help me!

Most people who make videos like this don't give a rats ass to answer. I have a 7720 and my cousin has a 7620 that she is always having trouble with. But she could have just got a lemon in the bunch. My 7720 I never have trouble with but it pays to always get a extended warranty otherwise you can end up with a oversize paperweight.

I see you sell refurbished as well as 3rd party ink for this printer, have u actually used these with this printer? Do they work, my experience is that manf build these devices to reject non oem genuine cartridges. Resulting in wasted money.

Yes and I currently am using remanufactured ink, you do need to be more gentle when installing them. Overall they are way more affordable and I personally have not had issues with them.

I have been using the Workforce WP 45-45 and it has been a very good printer, it is all A4 but printed my color artwork incredible well The 45-45 used the very large print cartridges, they are huge and hold a lot of ink making this printer cheap to run. I see they have gone back to the smaller cartridges for the workforce models, that is not good. MY trusty printer just stopped working, I did have a leak of yellow ink but the printer just comes up with Printer Error and tells you to switch it off. THATS IT, no code you can check up just turn it off. Great printers but that is awful for the user, Im throwing mine out

Be a lamb and tell me something that I cannot find anywhere ... in your ink printer window (where it shows your ink colors), what is the last one? I am confused. It shows a "gray" color. I think it's your toner drum (which I hope so after having had my printer for over a year, there is only a tiny blank space shown). Thanks a 1,000,000!

Perhaps if you demonstrated printing some pages, such as one-sided black, two-sided black, one-sided color, two-sided color, all with substantial text and/or graphics; perhaps a picture as well. Then show how fast it prints and copies. Those would be nice to see. Give a real review, and not just "Hey, look at the set-up outside of the box. Lots of potential here.

Its a review. The printer basically sets itself up. He's nice to be reporting a lot more than needed.
