Workers with the Expanded Public Works Programme in Klerksdorp, claim they have not been paid for three months. They are supposed to be doing landscaping at the Tshepong hospital, but have no tools and there is no on-site management. The workers still report for duty as they fear the 'no work, no pay' policy. eNCA's Michael Appel has more.Courtesy DStv403
