That is how it works >.> But I think he meant guys that are strong throughout in their cores and outside of just sheer pushing can do more.

"The strongest guys can use the most amount of weight on this." - genius, but I'd like to add some extra genius, "the weakest guys use the least amount of weight on this."

What size bands or does it matter?

The bandbell bar is very flexible. The bands cause the chaos, but because the bar is so flexible it becomes chaotic itself. Oly bars are stiff. They work, but youll get more chaos from this bar.

I use a 7ft Olympic bar to do this exercise and it is awesome , I,m sure the earthquake bar will be harder but the Olympic is good enough.

Whats the difference between using the earthquake bar, or using a regular bar with the same set up of band and weights?
@alexcramer28784 жыл бұрын
Even more flex on the bar
@Raventhief2011 жыл бұрын
Just looks like the Earthquake bar has grooves set up on it so the bands won't slip off where they might be prone to travel on a regular olympic bar. Looks like a fun workout though!!

How much can you load on each mini band before needing to add another miniband?
@jabadahut505 жыл бұрын
depends on the band. Look at the rating of the band... when you fold a band up you double it's weight per fold so a 15lb band getting folded once before bieng looped onto the bar can hold up to 30lbs on it. at a certain point the band will be too fat to fold into a weight or kettlebell though so that's when you need another band. Dunno if you still need that information or not given this post was 5 years ago.

@@jabadahut50 Good useful information is always appreciated as people are always seeking it. This guy may not have received it...but today I salute you for your answer as it was I who was the seeker.

🤷🏻♂️ just another gimmick. Lift your legs up if you want to work on your core while benching.
@aarong8457 Жыл бұрын
It's not for core. It's for building rotators. If you're benching to build your core your doing it wrong anyway. Much more effective ways to build your core.
