The story you told at 10:30 was amazing, I had a trip planned during last year to go snowboarding. In the morning I noticed one of my tires were flat in my truck. I was bummed that I was gonna be behind but I got it fixed at a discount tire. I was an hour behind schedule, and one of my buddies who left on time said there ended up being a wrong way driver on a highway street 5 minutes after him. The driver ended up crashing on his own. I feel that my guardian angel was watching over me, because if I left on time I could of very possibly been hit by him as my buddy missed him by minutes. At the discount tire I got my tire changed at the guy behind the counter told me not to be bummed out, because god always has a plan and I would see the reason he made me late. I get chills any time I think of that experience and your story reminded me of that very much. God bless Ryan I love the videos!

The extra stuff on this channel is actually really interesting believe it or not. At least it is to me. I think Darryl is pretty cool he definitely keeps me laughing. I think a lot of people that watch the videos don't realize we only see a very small percentage of what really goes on. There's so much that goes on behind the scenes to run a small business it'll make you're head spin. Even just running errands like you did today will wear a person out. I still don't know how you run a business, work all day at the business, raise a huge family, film videos of some of the work, come home edit the videos and post them. All this while keeping up with taxes paperwork payroll and whatever else come up. All I can say is my hat is off to you sir. Thanks for taking the time to share the great videos with us all. I almost always learn something new in every video even if it's just for me to try to be a better person.

You are a good man and God obviously has a plan for you. My Mom raised myself and 5 siblings alone most of the time. She had a very hard life and we did without more often than not. She worked hard and raised us the best she could. She taught us to have faith in God and lever lost faith no matter how hard things got. I remember one morning, she got myself and my brother ready for school. Breakfast was often cinnamon toast and coffee. She was very stressed because we had no money and nothing for us to take for lunch. She got down on her knees at the couch and was silently praying when all up a sudden, she jumped up and said "wait here, I have to take the trash to the curb" when she returned, she had tears in her eyes and handed my brother a wet $20 bill that was laying on the ground at the end of the driveway. God has always provided us with enough to survive and in some very strange ways. Another time, we returned home from school and there was nothing to eat. My brother grabbed his gun and headed into the woods to try to get a squirrel or two. While he was gone, a mallard duck flew into the yard. It was not injured but just landed there. I had a single shot 410 and one shell and that duck ended up feeding us that night. I am sure there are plenty of people who just want to explain everything away but God is real and with your eyes and heart open, you see him all around.

Hello Ryan I just watched this video and heard the store about your motorcycle on the video. I always say God does things for a reason. It’s true he does. look at me in November I was hospitalized from Covid and almost died had an hour to live but I’m here thanks to God. We should all count our blessings.

Yes - God had your bike stopped to save your life. Then, it started right back up. I had a similar act of God in my life as well.

I work for a landscaping company in Minnesota doing service on trucks, trailers and all the equipment. What we mainly use also is Rotella! We get our parts from O'Reillys and mangers said nobody in the country has it! They said the Rotellas main factor they get the additives from is in Texas and once they had that freeze last year it messed up the whole supply chain! Also everything going on with the pandemic. He said hopefully soon they'll get more.

Thank you for the advice on the estimate punctuality when it comes to time! I started my own pressure washing and painting business out in Arizona and I feel like I have annoyed some clients 😆 I'm on football time so I always show up 15 minutes ahead of time 😆 🤣

Ryan I totally agree with you about being too busy. It can actually give you a bad reputation. I hate not being able to keep up with the jobs that come through to me. It's one of the worst feelings to turn down work.

I do sales for a fence company here in Illinois. I always call my customers when I am heading their way and they actually love it when I get there early. As long as they know ahead of time they do not care at all. They actually prefer for me to get there early

I work in the heavy equipment industry and the reason for the oil shortage isn't the oil its the additives for the oil. They mostly come from overseas and its held up in shipment delays. We've been having the same issue with Komatsu
