It always annoyed me how Steven doesn’t just try going up to White Diamond’s Pearl and ask what the deal is. Yes, we the audience, know she was being controlled and probably wouldn’t have revealed anything major, but Steven didn’t. He had no reason to just stand there. It’d still have been worth a shot. Plus, it could’ve given us an interesting scene of White Diamond speaking to Steven again through her Pearl. Maybe give her a line of dialogue to hint at what’s to come? I dunno… Would’ve been cool is all I’m saying… It’s just another instance of Steven not asking perfectly reasonable questions so that things can stay a complete mystery. (Anyway, this is great👍)

not to mention, she's just a mindless. puppet extention of her, simply a shiny megaphone. she ain't gonna tell him jack squat. in the OG show, pink was treated like a diamond, but still like a child. like at a company, pink is the child of the CEO. since White treated her like a baby (and yellow & blue like her adult children at best), her pearl puppet treated them as such as well, but still revered them as her superiors.

Ever thought about doing one of your Diamond Swap animations on the scene where they temporarily heal Nephrite in Legs from Here to Homeworld? I think it’d be really cool to see, especially with how you could change the scene to fit the different diamonds. Yellow fixed her form, Blue gave her consciousness, Pink calmed her down, and White binded them together, so seeing you mix it could be interesting, though I can see the issues with it.

The animation was super good and you really brought these designs to life! I still think they’re my favorite of the ones you did, super nice. I will say though, not a fan of the Yellow Pearl design at all, and the cuts of everyone saying different colors was just awkward. I honestly would have either done the voice acting for them, or just don’t have anyone say their names.

@@Biveyy O- actually I meant like “Our” Pearl in this AU. The Blue Pearl under Yellow Diamonds control actually looks really cool to me, but the design and colors on Yellow Pearl just look really bad.. Pearl had those colors but she also balanced them out with white skin and peach hair, so it’s harder for Yellow Pearl to have pinks and blues and look good.

I love your animations so much!they are so smooth and perfect, almost as if it was real, but I wish you could use original audio!it sounds a bit funky when they are talking and they say something from a whole different episode, it doesn’t really fit together!but everything else is so nice!keep it up~✨✨
