What does "Certified documents " mean. I'm applying to a “GroundwatCh program” and in it’s documents requirements they mention “Certified copies of documents”, but I didn't verified any of my metric, Fsc, BS degree and transcript documents. I have three published articles in term of research experience. Other than that i am a not so active freelance writer as my work experience. I have applied for a phd programm through DAAD recently and got rejected. In the current situation of pakistan most of the people around me suggesting me to apply for masters as well, should i???plus if i should than is it ok to submitt my masters degree or transcripts or i should not mention it. I mostly give honest opinion. You don't need to mention that:) Yes, double masters is not a strange thing. I have seen many people with masters degrees from Pakistan admitted in foreign universities for masters. Yes, you should mention your previous masters. It further strengthens your profile.

Hello! Thank you so much for such detailed video brother. But I have a small issue here. I hope you can respond . I applied for one of the joint masters scholarship program at a host university under Erasmus Mundus and have also received a conditional offer letter . My program of interest is CLMCE (Intm). . The issue is that they want me to submit my final transcript and degree by Jan to avail this scholarship under my program, even tho the course will begin from mid sept 2024. As you know, graduation in India is usually acquired around May-June and I am yet to clear my grad 😢. I tried contacting the uni and they said that nothing can be done. Can you please suggest anything here ? I'll be grateful!

Well, can you get a hope certificate kind of thing (a certificate from your current uni that u will pass your current degree) and submit that? Best idea is to contact your program coordinator from CLMCE and share your situation with him and ask for guidance.

Aoa.. How many programa of Erasmundus scholarship we can apply... I am applying to Erasmundus program fire safety...In application online form, they are asking for other scholarship program, when I am inserting my programs, I was able to insert only 2, which make me worried as I am planning to almost 5 program. So still we need to apply for only 3 Erasmundus program?

Few years ago there was a limit of 3 programs. Meaning that you cannot apply in more than EMJMD programs in one year. But now that has been lifted. You can apply in more than 3 programs. There is obligation to mention it in IMFSE application form. Just leave it. Or you can mention it. Doesnt matter. If i were you I would not tell them that i am applying in this many programs and you are not on my priority list. Always show that this program is my priority number 1. If i get selected I will 110% join this program.

My professor has uploaded reference letter and I got mail from erasmus that its uploaded. Still during application submission there's an error 'atleast one of your referent has not sent there reference letter' What does this mean please guide? Application is not getting submitted.

you can ask them to submit reference again. Or you can contact your erasmus program coordinator and ask them what to do in this situation. Or you can contact fellow students who are applying in the same program and ask them if they are facing the same problem. For good selection chances cgpa should be above 3.5 You should read the program req to check if english pro. cert is acceptable in your case or not.

Hey Farhan, I have two queries. I have Completed my BS in Physics with 3.15 CGPA in 2022, Now, its been 1 year and which is obviously a gap in my studies, I don't have work experience in the relevant field, Will it be a problem or am I good to go for it? 1- That is not a big study gap. You can say that you were taking some time off from study or whatever. It depends on you how you cover it in your application. Walikum Salam. Yes you can apply on the basis of transcript. Normally it is acceptable. No you cant apply on the basis of ID card. Passport is must.

I am not sure what does SELF TEST mean in this case. You can ask them what do they actually mean by self test via email. You should send an email to the program coordinator in this case. Otherwise, you should ask this (or search) on Erasmus mundus student association Pakistan facebook group. I hope this helps

It depends on your program requirement. Normally you should have completed 240 credit hours of study in the relevant field which is 4 years. I am not aware of any fee required to apply for erasmus mundus programs. Usually it is free to apply.

I am not sure about that. Best way is to contact the program alumni (program where you are applying). They can guide you better. For my program there was no complex conversion of my credit hours to ECTS.

Ticket khud krni prti hai. Visa fee mostly erasmus waly pay krdete hain. Part time job 20 hours per week allow hoti hai.

I cannot say anything. When you will apply, your profile will be compared with students applying to that program. If your profile is better than others then you will get selected. Every program in erasmus has different selection criteria and merit. If there are no relevant programs in catalogue then i am afraid you cannot apply. Usually programs are added and removed. You can keep searching for the relevant prog.

I have done my degree of physics recently and i secured 3.65 CGPA. i want to know that do i required any research work because i have done my degree theoretically. Research work is a plus point but not a requirement. They can cover visa fee. You have to buy tickets on your own, but they give you travelling grant.

I covered all the points about what should be written in the letter of motivation. If I showed my personal motivation letter, everyone will just copy it. And a copied LOM leads to straight rejection. I dont want that for anyone.

Previously you can only apply to 3 programs but now that limit has been removed. You can apply to as many programs as you want.

GPA ki koi minimum criteria nahi hota. Jitna acha ho utnay selection k chances zada hotay hain. Exp bhi matter krta hai. you should apply. Baqi Allah malik.
