Just figured I’d say it in case you didn’t know, but Ninjamuffin (the creator/owner of FnF) got several members of the community who made music for different mods to work on the Erect remixes, which I find really cool and it kinda takes me back to that old newgrounds goodness! you might recognize people like Saster (who has worked on many projects like Indie Cross, Sonic.Exe, etc) and Saruky (who worked on mods like Indie Cross, Cassette Girl, and they have their own mod, Hotline 024)! I’m excited to see what else these talented musicians make when the full game comes out

I hate when people say that FNF is kir-friendly when it's certainly not. It's literally on Newgrounds. Secondly, you get "blue-balled" when you lose. Senpai's dialogue, and don't forget about that intro and the whole goal of the game- to FUNK on a friday night. And way more!

i feel like the past few years we've slowly approached a consensus on how to balance games with difficulty options for people of different skill levels, and that's to more or less just not bother balancing. assist modes can just give you the option to be as overpowered as you want if you need it, while warning you that its not the game's intended experience. And while I don't think i'll ever need assist mode options to that extreme, good assist modes offer features that impact the game in smaller ways, though i cant think of many examples since it tends to depend on the game's genre. in any case, i mention assist mode features because i feel like including ghost tapping as an accessibility option could be a nice compromise between people who want it in the base game, and the FNF devs' stance against ghost tapping. add bot play and i think that's a solid foundation for an assist mode menu. personally i'd wanna see a scale to nerf the damage taken from missed notes, and inversely a scale for how much you heal from hitting notes correctly.

I love these erect remixes. Now all the songs don’t get overshadowed by the third most difficult song. They each pop in their own way, although we could lose the dub step on roses. I don’t mind it terribly, but the original made me think of snes boss music, and it kind of gives roses more of a party vibe. Aside from that awesome song.

Me, personally, I like to play any mod on its highest difficulty, regardless if it's passed Hard, so updating this game definitely made it more fun! Oh, btw, I wonder if he is using arrow keys single handedly. The way I set my keybinding have changed so much to make it more to my liking. I wanna suggest using two hands. Even if it's using them on just the arrow keys. I have mine set to DF JK, that way for other mods with mechanics I have my thumb on space and my pinky on shift even though i'm not good at using my pinky. JUST A SUGGESTION THOUGH. It's not everybody but that's how i play, I cannot use arrow keys single handedly for my life! Anyways, Thanks Merg for all the amazing content! Keep up the good work!

So practice mode can help you get better at that once. You pause the game when in a song practice mode is an option. It makes it so you can't die at any song to help you get better.
