Hi I live in Canada (Quebec) so it’s quite cold in the winter. I was wondering how to dress a 4 months baby with the cover? I have a ergo original. Is it warm enough for temperature like -5 ? (Wont go out if it’s colder like -10) Thank you 😻

Can I use this over if I use the ergo to carry my baby on my bacK? Last winter, she was in front facing in, which works great, and then facing out, where the cover doesn't quite work as well...and now she is on my back. Can I make it work in the back carry position?

is there a way of making this or the rain cover work for a beco gemini? Beco doesn't make their own for some reason!

+Kerry B This cover will most certainly work for a Gemini, Kerry! the Straps on top will secure around the carrier in the same way it does the shoulder straps of the ergo. Just keep in mind that this cover is designed by Ergo for Ergos, so there are some features that will only work on an Ergo: 1) the velcro tab on the bottom inside of the cover secures to the loop on the waist belt of an ergo - you will not find this on other carriers, or even some models of ergos and 2) the straps by the hood we suspect are for attached to your ergo straps (the snap will snap to strap in the place where the the sleeping hood snaps) to waterproof them. No real detail is given on the purpose of these that we have been able to find out! On your Gemini, these would just dangle. Also note that because of the hood, this would not be ideal for wearing while your baby is in a forward-facing position, only when they are facing inward towards you. This might be recommended anyway in very cold or wet weather, so that babe can snuggle into your warmth and not get cold air in the face :) Hope this helps!

+Jenn Millen Hey Jenn! This will work with the 360! Though it won't work well if you babe is facing forward in the 360, see the above comment discussing the same topic. Also, I am unsure if the 360 has a loop on the front of the waist belt (thought I do not believe it does), where the base of this cover would secure to via the velcro loop. Other than that loop, which is not the main place where the cover secures and therefore should not impact the functionality very much, the cover should work well for your carrier. Hope this helps

Paula O' Reilly yes it will! It works on all buckle carriers. There is one attachment part at the very bottom that only works with an ergo, buts it’s the least necessary attachment point and most people don’t even know to use it with ergos either!

BTW, Lillebaby Complete also has a strap in the same place.
