Avoid Clatina Chairs. The company is trash. If your chair breaks they won't honor their own policies. They went as far as to tell me that they'll send me a new replacement chair even though all I asked for was a replacement part (I was willing to fix the chair myself), they told me the new chair was shipped, and then 2 weeks later when it didn't arrive, I asked for a tracking number and they told me they changed the policy and would not send me a replacement chair. Even though they told me they had already shipped it. Total scam company. Avoid!

Every chair is kind of ergonomic, the most important thing people overlook (and cheap chairs/gaming chairs overlook) is PADDING! no chair is comfortable if you sit on straight up plastic/metal. You can EASILY get a 20$ driver seat from any SUV in a junker and make it an office chair and it will be incredibly comfortable (car seats are made to provide a comfortable ride on perfect roads like your office AND bumpy roads, they are incredibly padded in most cases)

Yes! An ergonomic chair isn’t going to help if you slouch, your desk/monitor isn’t set up correctly, or you don’t stand up and walk around regularly. I get low back pain sometimes if i sit in a hard chair for too long but ultimately a better chair isn’t going to help all too much with my neck/shoulder issues which are mostly because of poor posture.

Ultimately it comes down to posture, but some chairs prevent good postures, some help to the point having a good posture is effortless so i'd say they are not a scam at all, but most "good" chair are overpriced, after all, it's just a deskchair so 500 to 1500$ is a bit of a stretch

Ergonomic chairs are just a genre of chair, the fact is you need one, and know how to use it properly with proper posture practice, desk adjustment, and standing periods so your body doesn't negatively suffer. most proper office chair brands inspire these practices by not being too comfortable but having the proper adjustments for people to make their seat a proper middle so it doesn't hurt your back or cause overtime harm. If you make your money at a desk you need A: a standing desk for proper health and standing productivity, and B: a solid office chair that will stand the test of time, easily cleanable, a good warranty, and proper adjustment mechanisms.

The best chair are the motorized one handicapped people use. Not only are they ergonomics, they go 20mph, you dont need license , or insurance, no gas needed, and your allowed to ride it inside any store you go to.

Have you tried Herman Miller Embody, Aaron, Steelcase Leap V2, Gesture, Amia, Human scale Freedom, Haworth Fern and so on? If you don't know what they are and haven't tried, you really have no idea about "egornomic chair". Gaming chairs are joke. We all know that.
