It's 10.30pm Tuesday night 12/03/2024 and I've just flicked the T.V. over to Ch 9 in Sydney. They were showing The Raspberries "Go all the Way" I thought "Why are they playing that?" "Is Eric touring soon?" Then I thought "Oh no he hasn't died" "Has he?" My fears were confirmed by the news voice over person. "Eric Carmen was 74" Now I can't stop crying. Not only did Eric help create one of the greatest, mind blowing Guitar riffs in Rock history, he then composed some of the most tasteful Ballads of all time. Good quality Ballads are extremely hard to write. Thanks for the great music and the brilliant singing voice Eric. Eric lived a successful existence and died peacefully in his sleep. "Come on Baby!!!" RIP - Eric Carmen Always in my heart

The group of dancers in the movie is from my town. My oldest daughter was in the Jr. Competition class that was a few years younger than the Senior group from Range School of Dance in Erwin, TN that was in the movie. Her class was three years too young for the parts!! We have always loved that movie, pretty much everyone here and we're honored and very proud of Margaret Sue, Angie, Lisa and the entire senior class for their accomplishments in the movie!!💞

Long time viewer, first time commenter (not much of a commenter on YT in general) but wanted to say I haven't even finished this video and already know I will love it, love the whole soundtrack this song the most (the video not so much lol). And never could understand why if someone dislikes your style (which I also love) they can't just move on instead of complaining. Big thanks for all the hard work you clearly put into these to entertain us, especially in these darker days! 💜

10s and 20s are about sex and breakups. 80s, 90s, and a small part of the 00s was about romance and the magic that comes with it. Take me back to an era I wasn't even born in. I agree, the sax and keyboard need to make a return. The problem with most music today is they have no complex melodies; it's just three notes on repeat.
