@@user-im5rp4ib1z Not true. As much as fans now hate Conte, in his first season we played very good football. And Eric Dier was really good in the back three. Of course, he might not be good enough to be Bayern's starting CB, but certainly he will do very well in the bit part role, for which he was signed

From a Spurs fan, Eric is a fighter, even though he makes mistakes, he always gives his all, and has some leadership qualities. Decent transfer for Bayern, as he has experience playing CB in back 4, back 5, RB and DM.

They've signed him on a very good terms. 1) They payed nothing for it, it's a free transfer 2) They will pay some money for it only if Eric will prove with his game that he worth of it by the end of his contract and they will want to prolongate it. So that indeed this is a pretty good signing for both sides

Great to see most English players now moving abroad in different leagues. English players are not always keen to play in a different league most cases but now its changing. Bellingham to Madrid, Kane and Dier to Bayern, Tomori and Loftus Cheek to Ac Milan, Abraham and Smalling to AC Roma. Henderson to Ajax.
