Wow! I so admire Eric's decision to not use profanity -- somehow it had never occurred to me that it WAS a choice. Duh on my part. It's funny because I find it a lot easier to listen to those with lower voices than I do with those with a higher voice. Baritone-Bass and Bass voices are very soothing to listen to. Thanks for making this video, Peter! Glad to have you on the podcast Eric!

Same, both talking and singing. I think musically its so rare for a bass singer in pop music that we are just drawn to something different. Maybe that's why I like Adele and Lorde. Maybe because I'm a woman that I'm drawn to deep male voices

With that bass voice and talking about EDM music, has Eric ever gotten into beatbox. He reminds me of King Inertia in a lot of ways. Could be the craziest bass in beatbox if he expanded into different bass techniques.

Speaking on lullabies. My X FIL is a bass, and when my kids were babies having a fuss we could lay them on grandpas chest and just let him rumble away, and the vibration would soothe them pretty quick. I bet his kids and grandkids loved a rumbly snuggle too. Frequency therapy for the win. Fascinating voice Eric has.
