Eric Pyrdz music is something spiritual for me at this point. No matter how many time I listen one of his sets its always so clean and organized. I love the way it just sounds so clean, my ocd love this. It’s medicine for me lol

He mostly cuts frequencies below 50-60 and above 16-18k. That’s why it doesn’t do any harm to our ears ( except for some Cirez D tracks and old school Pryda). And also, I think he uses individual equalizers for most of his drums and leads while most of others only use equalizer on main channel. I am glad he is doing it, I mean harsh snares and kicks are unbearable at some point. Deadmau5 is also genius but he doesn’t usually care about ears, therefore after five or six tracks I can no longer listen to him while I can listen Eric’s music three hours straight

@@aperturewells after your comment, I checked his tracks again and found out that it is not because of high or low frequencies but instead he usually uses thick kicks and also his tracks consists a lot of sudden changes which makes it harder to follow. After that those sudden changes, he usually brings new short weird sounds or drums. That’s why I thought in that way but seems like I’m wrong, Joel also cares for human ears while mastering as much as Eric does. I mean these two guys are excellent, Joel is one of the most distinguished artists in terms of style and innovation and Eric is a great psychologist which knows how to integrate it into music production as well ;)

@@DavidHoughtaling YES! I agree. A lot of new artists seem like they’re in a rush to get to the bass drop and more concerned about a catchy hook than exploring musical notes. Not throwing shade or anything but many of the “hot” new songs are throwaway, don’t have longevity, and they fade out once they serve their purpose. It’s like they’re afraid of making songs longer than 3:45. Take us on a journey I say!!

I was there and it was probably the best set of 8 Ultra's I've attended. It was beyond magic. Words can't express how happy I was during this set, and everyone around me was so fulfilled and thrilled. We were right at the front. One of the best nights of my life. Thank you so much, Eric. This set represents the pinnacle of dance music. Straight IDs without reliance on the classic bangers + Cirez was really let out of the cage. There are many talented producers out there, but I can’t think of a festival set that clearly beats this one.

Incredible set, I can say I was fortunate to be on that set at ultra. The emotions, feelings, chills throughout the body with every drop of each track, simply amazing. Additionally, being able to enjoy it in the company of incredible friends with whom we share the same passion made the moment even more epic and incredible. God save the Master Prydz.

Woow .... that energy, that indescribable feeling provided by these kind of sets from Eric are the best, this set reminds me of Tomorrowland 2019 W2 when he was supposed to play holosphere but ended in the food-court (stage was broken) for what remains as one of my favourite set of all time
