Sugarshack Films presents a three part documentary series about musician Eric Rachmany of the band Rebelution. The series follows Eric as he embarks on his first solo acoustic tour and explores his personal story from childhood to present day. Learn about the role music has played in his life as it was introduced to him by his parents, to how it helped him overcome tragedy, and provide purpose and a means to give back to others.

Pretty sure I would cry if I ever met Eric. He has helped me so much, and that is his reason for doing what he does. He says he wants to save peoples lives. He saved mine. I would love to be able to meet him.

#ERICRACHMANY A baby in Santa Cruz was born prematurely. Unfortunately, the baby was stillborn. Not to mention, the babies parents died a few years later. Maybe it was just meant to be. The hardship and loss we experience in life are undoubtedly horrible and each day is a challenge. I grew up surfing the Santa Cruz coast, went to UCI. I had support but definitely went through hard, depressing times. I became an ER Physician and still surf with my young daughter. I have seen Rebelution 6 times over 10 years. I thank you for healing my soul after work through your message and music. It has really helped as I explained above. Music and Surfing and family. The unique thing about me that I can share with you; I was the stillborn baby, I was resuscitated. I lost my parents to an accident. You never know whose life you're impacting and how. Thanks again.

respect to eric for keeping it real, these episodes have been inspiring and humbling. so cool to hear about erics personal life and see the place he grew up. Your music and rebelution the band have helped heal this soul, bless up always

Just like every song you sing every one of these episodes has made a difference in so many others lives. Your story is so very special and I’ve enjoyed learning about your Dad and his talents. How does your mother not drown in tears of joy every night over all the people you have helped and the wonderful and gifted man you have become.
