I can speak to at least the weight loss part if you're still working on that. 1 If you don't eat junk food in the first place you don't have to try to burn the calories off after. If you're having trouble getting started. Go for a walk. Anyone can walk. Even if you walk some every day it's better than nothing. Stay consistent and start walking longer. If you don't want to spend so much time walking, start jogging.

Did you guys catch that. Look at 9 minutes and 10 seconds into this video. My man handed him water. He took 2 seconds to look him in the eyes and tell him thank you. He's a leader but don't act as if he is over anyone. Truly humble while pouring into everyone.

Just because I can't do it today, doesn't mean I can't do it someday. Keep going. Consistent action is what brings results. I started my KZfaq channel 4 years ago, but procrastination prevented me from uploading any videos until a few weeks ago. I'm seeing some results already. Take the first step and don't quit.

I have 17 year listening to Eric Thomas. The last few months my son has not been confident in himself. He was listening to one of Eric Thomas videos yesterday and this morning he started to talk to me again. I love what Eric talks about and motivate everyone about life.

Started Listening to Eric Thomas 2 yrs ago, been listening to him ever since. Surprised to find out he went to the same HBCU with my Ex Wife and my youngest daughter down in Huntsville Alabama. I listen to him EVERYDAY!!!!!!! I was blessed 6 months ago to get a promotion at work with a $30,000.00 a yr raise because I implemented the principles he talked about. I looked myself in the mirror and decided to change. Still a work in progress, but now, I no longer run from the battle........NOW I EMBRACED THE FIGHT!!!!! THANK YOU E T!!!!!!

I am a recent single father of 3 kids(7, 5 and 2) and the transition is the hardest thing I have ever been through! Eric Thomas has helped me so much! Even if it is only just getting up in the morning getting the kids ready and where they need to go and getting to work..

Powerful video brother. That self employment part was spot on. I force myself to get up st 4:30 AM to workout then start filming these videos, handling clients etc. You have to take your business more seriously than of you worked for someone else

What I need to change is giving myself rest, when I go 100% or 120% two days later I cant really even give 70% even if I wanted to cause I'm injured. So I need to make the most out of my workouts in less time 💪 thanks ET! Let's goo

I watched this video for the first time a while back, and now "What Do You Need To Change" has turned into "What Did You Change?" The answer?.... I am proud and grateful to say, I AM NO LONGER ADDICTED TO DRUGS!!! THEY'RE GONE! OUT OF MY LIFE! DONE!!! Drugs were what was holding me back. And not having that close relationship with God that I used to. I've since changed that also. I'm back home, out of the darkness and free from despair! In the words of ET: "It's so much sweeter on this side." To anyone struggling with addiction, take my hand. We'll walk through this together. You can do this. You will do this. You must do this. WHAT UP! WHAT UP! WHAT UP! WHAT UP! Free from drugs' grip and brought back into the light with the Most High! There's a teardrop on my screen...
