Very good video tute!! I've made 2 now, great for gifts! The one I finished today has a cute travel-oriented fabric, it's for my daughter who travels quite frequently for work. I used fusible fleece instead of foam, it gives structure but makes for a less rigid bag and is much easier to stitch through the layers than with the foam.

Excellent tutorial. I kept my iPad beside my sewing machine through the entire process. I also chose to use foam on the exterior too, thought it might make it more difficult to manage but it didn’t. The only other task I found helpful was to baste the zipper in place before adding the binding. I’ve had the pattern and fabric for 8-9 months, glad to find your tutorial, it was a tremendous help. Thank you!

OMG!!! You were right I would have never attempted this without a video 🤯 I did purchase the pattern and with you amazing help it went together better then expected! I just love it and plan to do several more as gifts! A great way to use up scraps and those sweet little mini charms! I bought this pattern and I have made many bags for gifts or to sell and I've had to watch and rewatch tutorials to get some of the tricks and tips on how to put this together even though the pattern does explain things quite well. ERICA!!! Bravo, girl! I’ve had the pattern for about a year and have watched several different videos TWICE to figure it all out. Yours is BY FAR the best video! Well organized, calm voice, lots of helpful hints, you chose complementary fabrics and of course it helps to be as pretty as you are! One video I watched they sewed the side panel wrong and they commented on it, but never actually showed how it was supposed to be installed. That’s when I put the pattern away. It’s a great bag, but the instructions leave a LOT to be desired- thank you for taking the time to do a spot on video!
