I lived in the Philippines till I was 27 in a place where you are now. Then I live in California for the next 50 years. From a tropical island to Silicon Valley/Hollywood/Disneyland. I wished it was the other way around.

Amazing video. I am currently now with my wife in the Philippines. I am originally from Cape Town, South Africa. In 2016 I visited El Nido, Palawan for the first time: white sand, and turquoise water. I know exactly the feeling, I felt like, Oh my God, am I dreaming. You are so entranced by these islands that you don't know where to start. No doubt, Philippines is my second home - I am planning to live here permanently with my Filipina wife and daughter. God bless this beautiful country

was in coron, palawan jan 2024 after boracay and cebu spending 3 days on each; we had so much fun i am glad cause i going into my 72; if ever have chance to do it again no hesitation. we have been up north in san juan la union, went hiking in the rice terraces of batad. philippines is a truly a paradise. also called "pearl of the orient"
