Removed the coins (tax) and made a "united" attack near the end of the video. Let me know if you found the changes better or worse.

The splicers are all PHyrexian now so the Darksteel Splicer I believe should've triggered for the Sensor Splicer

I actually never noticed Splicer triggered off other phyrexians. I thought it just generated 3 tokens and made them indestructible.

Is there a reason nobody was really attacking John?

He didn't really have much in play outside of his commander plus the damage would have probably been negligible due to his high life total.

The amount of attacks that could have hit him instead of lowering everyone elses life totals would have been pretty significant, and probably would have stopped him from winning. Also, it may have seemed as if he wasn't doing much, but Eriette dealt 55 damage over the course of the game (besides combat damage) while also gaining him 21 life

Well yes his life total could have been lower, but that doesn't change the fact he was the least threatening player at the table not to mention Tom had a creature that would reset his life to 2. If any of the attacks would have gone the way of Eriette then the person who would survive as a result of this would have won instead since even Sam with the second weakest board still had 24 damage in play.

I mean yes in retrospect they could have but atleast earlier game John was being attacked very often and at later points other players had threats that were more imminent that had to be dealt with, whilst John slowly got his life total very high making the 1v1 at the end in his favor. So yeah sure, they could've but it's not as thought the players they targeted were less of a threat I think.

Creatures enchanted can’t attack the controller. That could be a huge part of it
