But one thing I've noticed, his body language, he's putting one arm on his other arm(esp the beginning), which *could* be interpreted as being nervous and it being a 'self-hug' to comfort oneself. And his breathing was also higher and shorter than normal. It seemed like there was still that nervousness there, but still really great seeing how he's doing this so effortlessly

I think it’s just that with Colleen because he’s so comfortable with her he just lets her take the lead, whereas Rachel is a guest on the podcast so there’s more pressure for him to lead the conversation. As an introvert I relate to Erik a lot here, I’m a lot quieter with people I’m comfortable with and more talkative with strangers (not that Erik and Rachel are strangers but they’re not as close as him and Colleen) because otherwise it’s awkward

1:01:12 I know it’s hard to imagine now Erik with the kids still young, but mine are 22, 18 and 14. And other than dropping the youngest off at practices, my day is similar to Rachel’s and I’d give ANYTHING to spend that much time with the kids again. It’s true, your gonna miss this, your going want this back, your gonna wish these days hadn’t gone by so fast (country song). Enjoy it, just as fast as you went from 1 to 3 kids you will go to one’s college graduation, and a Highschool graduation just as fast! All I can hope for is grandkids one day to feel the gap of not having 3 kids to take care of. It’s surreal when your kids grow up!!!! Savor these moments!!!❤
