I haven't followed the Manchester United season but I admire Ten Hag for just continuing to focus on his job under such enormous pressure. Despite so much noise, focussing on the task at hand takes a lot of discipline. I think he's a top manager and if Manchester United really do sack him, they will regret it.

If I've learned anything this season, it's some British journalists are extremely daft! Wow! When the man says, "when the players are not available", he simply means the top players; the quality players; the stronger players. He's talking about Martinez, Varane, Shaw, Lindelof, Maguire, et al. Not to mention those who were out with injuries like Mainoo, Amad, Mount, et al. Once he has his entire squad, he knows how to play with an identity. This season, he had his best squad for barely one game. EtH deserves a better club with a BIGGER mentality and competent owners.

He's had to manage Ronaldo going public, Sancho being petulant, Rashford playing up and having a terrible season, Anthony's suspension/court case, Malacia being missing all season, injuries to around 8-9 key players throughout the season (including Shaw, Mount, Martinez, Varane, Casemiro, Martial...). On top of that, 6 months of constant reports that he should be sacked immediately, "has no system," "concedes too many shots" etc. and owners that haven't shielded him from anything. And he's done it all alone. Then wins two trophies in two seasons, against the BEST and MOST DOMINANT team in the world currently. And he's done it with the utmost professionalism and respect the whole time. Yet the media still comes for him and doesn't recognise his achievements. How much more obvious is it that they're terrified he will bring United back to the top for decades to come?
