That Rocky speech when he says "the world isn't always sunshine and rainbow" is the most truest statement!! I was addicted to methadone for 15 years quit cold turkey, and yes I was puking and shitting straight diarrhea for 2 weeks and felt like my insides were falling out but I over came it and been clean for 3 years and don't even think about wanting to get high

So hey, I watch this video everyday on the treadmill or eliptical for the last ten minutes. It gives me so much energy and motivation that I dig out the hardest part with every ounce I have left.
