Bravo threw Denise to the dogs for a harmless private sexual encounter but go out of their way to protect and preserve the image of a woman who benefitted from defrauded vulnerable families. It doesn’t matter which way you spin it: this is a woman who has crafted a persona on being rich and expensive, has songs bragging about her wealth, is on record with a receipt for the upkeep of her self-image. Anyone who supports this woman now knowing what her husband did to cater to her is disgusting. Period.

What makes you think they’re “going out of their way to protect her” they have included a LOT of unnecessary anecdotes to show that she’s contradicting herself, as well as airing the concerns fro Sutton and Garcelle and making this scandal the main plot point for this season. The only people “protecting” her are the longer standing cast members because they’re too cowardly to confront her… and Crystal because she’s a desperate mess

I don’t believe her. Tom is a very smart lawyer and I think he and Erika are in agreement to divorce in order to protect his assets as he faces lawsuits. Erika may be granted a lot of his wealth which will furthermore protect it. OR Erika foresaw him facing lawsuits and dipped as soon as she could in order to protect herself from being held liable. I don’t believe their marriage fell apart due to intimacy issues.

Erica had no problem spending her ex-husband fraud money, as soon as he got in trouble she left him. Tom prayed on his clients, Erica was perfectly aware of that. She's just distancing herself from the corrupted image of her ex ,by divorce which is kinda useless at this point. In conclusion they are both bad people.

In the trailer Erika says she didn't divorce him because the knew about the law suits and wanted to distance herself. But in this episode she says a lot of stuff will be "coming for her" and that Tom is going to have a "lot to deal with soon". I'm not buying it. She knew. They probably planned it to protect assets. She said the past couple of months I was preparing closing out certain parts of my life !
