He's like Messi. Small and compact and able to zip to wherever the action is. And Lamela is like Ronaldo. Great at assists and passes and the occasional strike as the opportunity presents. More players should play like Lamela - do more assisting and team work. Only weakness of his is that he can't shoot with both feet, but not a big weakness. New players should prove themselves useful to the team and not try and be stars off the bat like Son does. His solo style of play hurts Tottenham.
