Only watching this after the Andrade fight; goddamn is this girl is for REAL!! Looking forward to seeing how her career progresses since unlike a lot of young, extremely talented fighters, Erin seems to have the mental side of fighting on lock and it's gonna give me chills to watch "cold blooded" fight "the bullet" in a contest for the belt but also for the best ice Queen in the sport

Luke is so obsessed over his age. I'm nearly 50. he looks ok. Not any crows feet like BC around his eyes. Honestly Luke, you have way better banter than this. You talk like you are the first person to get old. we had a couple of years of you telling us always how exhausted you were, " I'm exhausted" was your motto for a good while. Now, it's non stop about how old you are. You make yourself old continually talking about it. We ger it, you are having a very mild mid life crisis. live with it. Stop talking about it, we know you are also fishing for compliments as well as general attention seeking. That said, you are my favourite, most cerebral MMA journo, keep up the great work overall.

Blanchfield vs Santos matchup is good enough to be for an interim belt, thought Santos won against Valentina, and if she wins that one I think she is gonna become the next champ next year at the age of 24, which would be special indeed.

@@mastermind2173 Valentina fights twice every year but hasn't been active lately and only fought once this year. Also, an interim belt would make the fight even bigger since the division is extremely weak with only 2-3 good contenders.

@@mastermind2173 There are no good fighters at flyweight besides the blown up strawweights that moves up once in a while. Waited a long time for Tatiana Suarez to make a comeback at flyweight but not happening as of now, so besides Santos and Blanchfield, there is only a 40 year old Murphy and gatekeeper Katlyn there.... And Valentina has literally fought once in 15 months since her last twice year fight schedule in 2021...
