Go research it before you blow hot air on shit you do not know or never tried. Next the cost per month is off the charts expensive like sevaral thousands if not tens of thousands. Rich piana dropped 5k a week and quit after one yr because the gains simply were shit compared to other stuff out there . Cost to gain ratio is garbage.

Ermes improved a lot, his level of strenght improved a lot, to the point he could stop Levan for a couple of rounds, we all know. Ermes would win with Alex, I have no doubts.

People forget a few points. Right now Ermes has by far the best "counter style" to Levan's other than maybe Revaz who pins Levan sometimes in practice when given a tiny bit of position. Kurdecha has a very strong hand, possibly as strong as Levan's. He is the only person other than Levan to crack Dave's wrist off the go and he had some kind of family related issues at the time so he wasn't even in his best shape while Dave was in much better shape than when he faced Levan. Toproll v toproll if Alex comes in his best possible shape I think he still would crack Ermes' wrist and his style is a horrible counter to how Ermes toprolls. However, Ermes could dominate him with some kind of inside move now so who knows.

I think there are big questions around Alex for the last couple of years in terms of training, maybe having other issues going on and maybe not using as much peds either. It goes without saying though that Ermes is probably 10-15% stronger now compared to when he lost to Alex. It's just that no one really knows what is going on with Alex.

@AndreIMaran69 I am just talking about the hand. Kurdecha cracked Dave's wrist off the go but Dave was way, way stronger in the arm. Historically Kurdecha cracks everyone's wrist but struggles against guys who can pull with flat or wrist bent back and he struggles against guys with strong arms.

it was just a matter of technique between these two and not purely strength. During their first encounter it was clear ermes didnt knew what to do, after sometime and pulling practices he figured out the proper hand positioning against alex.
