Its so true many people in my gym do it with purpose to kick loud with the foot for attention but in combat u hurt ur self and not the enemy when u hit with the shin bone i wont make that noise but it will hurt much more

I asked my coach about throwing this type of kick and he said it was poor technique, i was gonna tell him i saw ernesto hoost doing it but didnt wanna seem disrespectful

@@ray5549 the noise comes when u hit with ur foot but u hurt ur tendons if u hit for example the shin or the elbow i wouldnt recomend i hurted my self many times because of hiting wrong

Hitting with the shin bone makes the same noise and it hurts way more to kick with your foot than your shin. This is just a different technique of doing a kick, he wants more followthrough in the kicks but doing it the other way is also valid because you get back to shape much quicker.

Exactly. And yet most people are just slapping the bag, doing it wrong (even champions). The quieter the lowkick, the more powerful it is. Simple as that.

Надо чтоб траектория удара шла сквозь мешок , чтоб окончание удара не приходилось на поверхности мешка , тогда и шлепков не будет . Английского не знаю , но смысл понял 😁

Nobody here is even hitting with the balls, the whole point is to go through more with the shin rather than whipping with it.

@@exen3980 Not true. Especially with low kicks its a no no since your foot gets injured really fast if your opponent checks the kick.

The sounds produce is by the foot, if you only land your shins , it will only make small sounds, and can easily push away your opponent
