I even watched the Jan. 15, 2001 episode aka the Buddy episode. A contestant named Lao answered the question incorrectly he said "Emotion" instead of "War". Buddy is the name of the contestant who became the Strongest Link from Rounds 1 to 5 but became the Weakest Link and voted out in Round 6. That episode is a bit disappointing though since all rounds they banked a single digit except Round 2 wherein they banked P19,000 and most of the rounds they have more wrong answers than the correct ones. What's funny is that Lao is the center of Edu's attention during the vote-off segments. (Bakit si __________?) In that episode a contestant named Joseph won only P40,000.

Strategy. Similar to what happened to Ernesto's (Jhune's) game the one where John won against RS. RS was often the Weakest Link in that game and knowing RS in that episode he knows sports a lot and ironically lost when he failed to answer Roberto Duran the oldest middleweight champion. John won the game because his sudden death question was easy... about Tandang Sora. Edu erroneously called out Jhune as the Weakest Link by statistics in Round 3. Jhune's answer in the exit interview is correct. He is not the Weakest Link in that round but rather RS. He became Weakest Link again in Rounds 4 and 6.

In the UK version Anne is strict while in the US version she is both strict and funny. And even the audience laughed at Anne's zingers such as "Who thinks that WWF means Without Wisdom Forever?"
