I love when he explains the two steps: 31:45 "...you practice, and you practice...every day.. for the rest of your life...number two, when you go to perform..., you forget everything you practiced" and how the people laughs. Tremendous clinic Thank you forever, Master!

The questions were: - how did you get to your unique sound? - the melodism of your jazz solos - has it derived from your classical studies? - what about distinctions between jazz and classical phrasing? - what are your daily excercises? - while practicing scales and chords, do you consider the bars and the beats?

That was the sound from a night club up there on the second floor. We couldn't do anything. Everybody has to do his job guys

Жаль, что мастер-класс был коротким. Такой занимательный взгляд на импровизацию и музыку в целом хотелось рассмотреть еще со множества сторон. Приятно, когда человек действительно понимает, что он делает, почему и зачем.

Я смотрел многие мастер - классы саксофонистов! Но это, самый интересный! Когда на " Джазовой провинции" в Курске, в Муз. Колледже он проводил свой Мастер класс, Эрни Уотс исполнил ряд секвенций, в безукоризненном качестве, настолько легко, шутя, что стало ВСЁ ЯСНО!!!
